About the Role
You will deliver individual and group therapy for teenagers and adults across the lifespan in a private practice setting. You’ll work collaboratively in a supportive environment that prioritises meaningful client outcomes and professional fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and deliver focused psychological strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Provide therapy via face-to-face, telehealth, and phone consultations.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, client-centred care.
• Track client progress using streamlined measurement tools
• Keep accurate, timely, written records.
• Prepare professional written reports for clients, funders, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in regular supervision, case conferences, and team meetings.
• Contribute to workplace initiatives and community partnerships.
About You
Qualifications and Essential Criteria:
• General AHPRA registration (Clinical Endorsement highly desired).
• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Registration.
• Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).
• Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Private practice experience (highly desirable).
• A driver’s license (preferred).
