Meet and Greets wrapped up for 2024

This month, the PHN wrapped up another successful year of health professionals meet and greets across the region.

We were joined by over 350 health professionals who took the opportunity to network at events in Goondiwindi, Warwick, Dalby, Toowoomba, Gatton, Ipswich, and Haly Creek.

Supporting primary health care providers, including GPs and allied health professionals, is fundamental to the work undertaken by the PHN.

Bringing health professionals together is an important part of improving the connectivity within the health care system, which in turn can improve the experience and health outcomes of patients.

Lucille Chalmers, CEO of Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, reflected on the success of this year’s meet and greets:

“These events always provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with our service providers and recognise the important work they do.”
