Record response TALK ABOUT Disability and Neurodiversity

This month we launched a brand-new TALK ABOUT topic that asks community members who are neurodivergent or live with disability to share their experiences of health care.

The response has been massive, showing the strong voice of this community when it comes to helping improve local healthcare. The topic covers important themes of access, service gaps and affordability.

Through this survey response, the PHN also seeks the responses of carers and health professionals to help gain insights from all perspectives to inform decision-making.

This information is also reported in the Darling Downs and West Moreton HNA which identifies and informs priorities and opportunities for the region by bringing together information from the community, health services and workforce. Responses will also be shared back to the community via social media and the September PHN News.
