Health Needs Assessment
Our PHN works to understand the health care needs of our communities. Developing our annual Health Needs Assessment (HNA) identifies the programs, services and opportunities for improving the health of people living in our region.
It is a requirement to update the HNA every three years, with the 2025-26 to 2027-28 HNA produced in 2024.
To ensure that our HNA remains up to date with local needs and evidence, we explore one priority area every three months.
