Commissioned service providers are required to enter data related to commissioned service activity in the refeRHEALTH data management system.
The PHN uses service activity data from refeRHEALTH to understand the level and nature of commissioned service delivery. Data entered in this system is used for measurement of provider performance against Key Performance Indicators, various Monitoring Indicators, evaluation initiatives, and national reporting to the Department of Health and Aged Care (where programmatically required).
The refeRHEALTH system, delivered by RHealth, is subject to extensive safety and security measures, and complies with all relevant legislative requirements.
The PHN does not have access to any identifiable client data entered into this system. Additionally, no personal or identifiable client data is shared from refeRHEALTH to the Department of Health and Aged Care.
Are you a new provider?
Providers will be supported by their Commissioning Coordinator to register their commissioned service to the refeRHEALTH system.
The refeRHEALTH Program Set Up Form linked will need to be completed by the commissioned service provider as part of this process. Upon completion of this form, please return it to your Commissioning Coordinator. The Commissioning Coordinator will then review this form and work with RHealth to implement the program setup in the refeRHEALTH system.
