Virtual Health Services is an enhanced model of care enabling the remote management of chronic conditions clients utilising a proactive approach in monitoring and analysing vital signs via a Bluetooth-enabled device kit.
VHS can monitor a range of health parameters including blood pressure, heart rate, glucose levels, blood oxygen and body weight.
This service requires a GP referral.
