From 28 October to 9 December 2024 , we asked the community to TALK ABOUT preventative health and healthcare for chronic conditions.
We look forward to sharing the findings with the community in the coming weeks.
Previous TALK ABOUT topics
The TALK ABOUT campaign has been asking community members and health professionals about their experiences with health care since January 2020. In that time, the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN have collected valuable feedback about various topics.
