Ipswich Multicultural Health Forum promotes health equity within our community.

In partnership with the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, SSI has developed a platform focused on promoting health equity. Please join us in addressing key health challenges and expanding access to essential services through collaboration with your organization. During the forum, healthcare providers, community leaders, and organisations will collaborate to develop actionable strategies to improve health outcomes, especially for vulnerable groups.
